Frequently asked questions.

Glew is a private community of Brands and Creators. We ensure quality in our Creators, which is measured based on follower count across social platform(s), engagement rate, brand friendliness, and ability to promote sponsored content.

In order to minimize saturation, ensure Glew engagement with its users, and monitor professionalism of our users we reserve the right to Accept / Decline users based on the judgement of the Glew team. If you are awaiting approval for the platform and would like to get a status update on your application, reach out to Contact@glew.ee and someone will be in touch with you.

Glew is a private community of pre-vetted Brands and Creators. We do a thorough analysis of all applicants and ensure that they meet the Glew User Standard. To ensure that Creators are active, legitimate, and ready to work with new Brands on Glew, we look at follower count, engagement rate, lack of bot-like activity on the account(s), and brand friendliness. Brands are vetted based on verification of Email, proof of position role at the company, and go through a spam test to make sure the Glew user from the Brand is held to the highest of expectations when using the platform! All of this is done in order to maintain the Glew Community and enhance the professionalism of all of our users. All data that is collected on each user is used primarily to enhance the Campaign Creation Engine where Brands can identify the right-fit Creator or Creator Team for their next campaign. Glew strives to withhold a community of ethical, driven, and well-mannered Brands and Creators.

There are many factors that are considered during the approval process while accepting a Creator to our diverse network of Glew users, and one of those is their audience size. While there isn’t exactly a set minimum follower number, Creators will need to have a large enough audience to create a visible impact with their content. “Impact” is usually measured in impressions, and engagements (view, likes, comments, shares per post). Needless to say, the larger your follower base is, the more impressions you will get. However, the more engaged your follower base is, the more likely we will accept you as a Creator on our platform. We have seen creators with 10,000 followers have more true influence than other Creators with 100,000; and this is measured through Glew’s Engagement Calculated Formula.

The whole purpose of creating Glew was to be a new leading platform in the space. What we saw was a bunch of companies that had data scraped a plethora of creator profiles and told brands they had access to ‘millions of creators’. We wanted to be different, we wanted to offer instant connection between Brands and Creators.

Glew has a curated, hand-selected list of users on both the Brand and Creator side. Both sides of our user base go through an application process and are vetted by the Glew team to ensure that they meet the standards of the Glew Community.

We are the first free to use application-based platform connecting Brand and Creators in the world. There is no subscription fee, upfront cost, or monthly charge to use Glew’s service.

As we expand, grow, and develop new features we aim to be the leading platform for Branded campaigns in the Creator marketplace.

Glew is, and will continue to be completely free to use. There is no subscription cost, no sign-up fees, and no monthly payments. The only expense incurred on our platform is the cost for a brand to engage with a creator at the agreed upon rate. We take a small service fee from the overall campaign payout in exchange for connecting the two parties and hosting a platform where the deal can be done safely, however that fixed rate will never change the cost or budget of the brand deal / campaign itself.

Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments is a system that is put in place during deals to ensure safety, contractual bindings, and security of the deal. Think of it like this: you want to pay your friend for a new hoodie but don’t want to give them the money until the hoodie arrives and is in one piece. You could put the money in Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments and they will hold it until you get the hoodie and it’s exactly what you wanted. Then, safely, you can alert them to release the funds and your friend will have the money for the hoodie.

We implement this into Glew in order to ensure the top level of safety, security, and professionalism with our Branded Campaigns. With that being said, if you agree to do work for a Brand and then don’t follow through with the contract, not only will you be on warning to be banned from Glew, but also the funds will be safely returned to the Brand.

At Glew, our goal is to ensure that all of our users are protected to the highest degree. As described in our Terms of Service, Glew will never do the following:

  • Share / Sell your personal data
  • Share your password
  • Share any banking information

As far as payment security goes, Glew works with Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments.com to make sure that payments from the brands are held securely until the completion of a campaign, then are directly deposited safely into your bank account. All of our payments are logged and any issues with processing will be resolved within 24 hours by our Customer Support team.

We have created a Glew Safe Contract system that allows Creators and Brands to both e-sign campaign contracts in our app to make sure that we have an oversight over the agreed upon terms and conditions of each individualized contract per campaign.

Being a Creator is not as easy as some would think. As you may know, Creators like yourself work hard to create their content, relate with their audience, and control their brand image. They spend countless hours building their social following over time. One of the main forms of revenue for most social media Creators is generated by posting branded content (known as ‘brand deals’). That way they can monetize their platform and get paid for their hard work.

By joining a Creator-Marketing platform like Glew, Creators can rely on our software to manage the logistics of the campaign, be safely represented, and have their best interest looked after. This way Creators can feel confident in the quality of each campaign they take part in. Just as Brands want to vet and choose the ideal Creator, Creators want to vet a brand and choose the best fit that aligns with their personal brand image. Although every brand deal brings money in for a Creator, they want a brand that relates to their image to maintain authenticity and maintain a genuine tone with their audience. They want to know their income is secure when spending their time creating content. That is why we created Glew Safe Contracts and incorporated an internal Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments system into our platform. This way, if the agreed upon terms are followed and executed to the standard that is pre-set, the funds are simply waiting safely for you until the contract is complete in a Glew Campaign.

Joining a Creator platform such as Glew offers stability, transparency, control, and security for Creators. We give every Glew Creator the opportunity to become their own boss and take full control of their social media career..

Our mission with Glew is to connect Brands and Creators in order to allow them to safely, securely, and correctly execute brand deals that will be mutually beneficial to both parties. With that in mind, it is our goal to collect as much information about a Creator as possible and showcase these data points to Brands in order to market the Creator to the Brand in the most effective way possible.

When a Brand is looking at a Creator profile they are able to see the following metric points:

  • Follower count per social media channel
  • Total follower count on all linked social media channels
  • Average like per post (varies per social channel)
  • Engagement Rate (varies per social channel)

As we’ve learned with past Brand cases, it is best to collect and represent the data about a Creator as clear and descriptive as possible. This way, the Brand knows exactly what type of analytical results each Creator can generate for them in a branded campaign. It is highly suggested that every Creator allows Glew to display their metrics, though these data points can be hidden if requested by a Creator.

Our platform was built as a tool for Brands and Creators alike to use. Our aim was not only to bridge the gap between the two parties, but to enhance the experience of executing a brand deal. This is done with the Glew tools such as our Analytic Tracking Terminal, organized Content Calendar, Glew Contract Systems, and Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments system to ensure safe payment transactions. Most creators aim to use this platform to simplify the management process and to execute new brand deals independently. However, when certain Creators have managers, this makes both of their jobs significantly easier. The manager can use our platform to secure more brand deals than ever before in a controlled, safe, and intuitive environment. So the short answer is yes, of course!

Absolutely your manager / agent can be the primary user of your Glew Creator Profile. We know how important their job is in the grand scheme of things and would never want to cut out an essential piece of the puzzle. We crafted Manager Profile settings to give them full control of the creators represented. They can track the income as well as engage with different brands and work out the details of each campaign being run. They have folders to store each contract on our platform to ensure that no stone goes unturned.

As a creator, we suggest that you authenticate your Instagram account through Glew and allow us to view your Business Account analytics. This way, we are able to fill in your profile with the following data:

  • Total Follower Count
  • Engagement Rate
  • Location of Your Followers
  • Age of Your followers

Once collected, not only are you able to see these analytics for yourself, but the Brands can now see this when viewing your profile.

As you increase your follower count across different social media platforms, you will be eligible for more Glew campaigns. As you see a campaign you are eligible for in the Glew Campaign feed, feel free to apply and connect with the brand!

Simply put, by doing more campaigns, a Creator can make more money. This can be done by enhancing your social following across various platforms and accepting deals in different avenues. Don’t just post an Instagram story in a campaign, also make a TikTok video, and even consult with the brand about possibly posting a Tweet. This way you are getting more followers cross platform to see the branded content, and the brand can pay more for the attention you’re bringing to them!

If you don’t currently have a Glew Creator Account, you can sign up for one here (glew.ee/apply). Once accepted, you can scan through the Glew Campaign feed and see which campaigns you qualify for (based on your social following count) and make sure to apply to them. What are you waiting for? Get paid to post now!

On each Creator dashboard, you have the ability to filter through a graph which tracks your income. Each time you complete a brand deal, your revenue is tracked in the Creator dashboard giving users a transparent way to see exactly how much money you have made that day, week, month, or year.

Glew is a completely independent platform and will never interfere with other sources of income a Creator may have! We exist as a tool for Brands and Creators to connect, collaborate, and execute brand deals. Feel free to interact with brands and do deals outside from our platform at your own discretion. However, we will always suggest using our platform to ensure visibility, contractual safety, and security

The term ‘Brand Deal’ commonly refers to the one-off delivery of money / free product   in exchange for promotion between a Brand and a single Creator.

On the other hand, a “Brand Campaign” is a full scale project put together by a Brand with unique outlines, post specifics, contracts, and negotiations with one or more creators. There can be a single Creator executing a campaign, or a team of various different Creators all making individual content for distribution about the same product / service. Brand Campaigns often have unique @ name tags, hashtags, and links associated with an overall campaign goal – like driving new users to a social media page or directing users to buy a product through a unique link.

In the majority of cases, Creators grow a mass following because of their unique ability to craft an online image. Each creator does this differently, switching between showcasing their lives and expanding their personal brand. Most Creators like yourself grow a following across social channels when they find a niche and begin making content for that niche category. This way, people who are also interested in the niche can follow and trust the voice of the creator for inspiration, news, product suggestions, and feel good content.

When it comes to working with Brands on Glew, Creators follow specific brand guidelines in order to curate sponsored posts. When creating a new campaign, Brands fill out an in-depth ‘Branded Guideline’ form to structure the creative direction of a campaign. This displays everything from creative idea outlines, examples, mood boards, written instructions, captions, and more. From there, the creator takes the guidelines and puts their own unique twist on the content, making it their own. Creators must send the draft-post to the brand on Glew for their final approval and to make sure it matches the contracted campaign outlines. Once the Brand and Creator are happy with the content it is ready for go-live!

The best and most effective campaigns are executed with the creative direction of the content done by the Creator themselves. As we know, many Creators grow their following for being their authentic self and maintaining the same personal brand tone, identity, and unique content value across their social platforms. To ensure authenticity in a campaign, we advise Brands to give high-level outlines and objectives of the campaign and allow the Creator to give their own unique spin on things when crafting the content to be posted. This way, the Creator’s audience doesn’t feel like the campaign posts are forced. With more authenticity comes more traction and interest to the Brand because the Creator actually incorporates the brand into their own life and social post(s).

No, creators do not have to post branded content across all social platforms as a campaign requirement, unless agreed upon in the Campaign Contract. Based on past cases, it is clear that Brands often like to see Creators post on various socials, but not all (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook). Each Creator performs best on certain platforms and may even have a different tone on another platform. With that in mind, it is up to the Brand to identify which social avenue they want to take when deploying Creator content for a new campaign.

When a brand and a creator sign a contract, it is clear that all of the content being published by the creator is owned by the brand. This being said, the brand has the rights to repost the content, repurpose it across different social platforms, and promote the work they have done with the creator on their socials, website, and as any other form of a marketing tool.

This does not mean that the Creator can no longer post this content across platforms and share anything the brand posts regarding the Creator. We encourage Creators and Brands to build strong, long lasting relationships both on social media and through Glew’s chat terminal in order to continue executing campaigns as time progresses. Never feel like you can’t engage with, repost, and share the content the brand posts about you. There’s nothing better than mutually beneficial Brand and Creator relationships where both parties grow simultaneously through Glew!

There is no definite answer to this. As this is a case-by-case basis, that is to be determined between the Brand and the Creator based on campaign goals and specifics. The majority of branded campaigns are executed through Instagram, followed closely by Tiktok, then YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.

If a Brand wants to work with you in order to promote a new clothing item for a fashion line, it may be best to post on Instagram for that portion of the campaign. If the Brand would like you to showcase their product while incorporating dancing, audio, and visuals in the form of a video then TikTok may be the place to go. If you have a big following on YouTube and the Brand wants you to talk about their product / service for 15 seconds and describe your experience with it, a shoutout in a YouTube video would fit perfectly for that! Remember, every campaign is different and each Creator excels differently in the social media marketing industry.

With Glew, we make sure to protect the Brand and the Creator in various ways in order to avoid any legal confusion before, during, or after campaign completion. Both Brands and Creators sign a legal agreement within the Glew platform that binds them to their end of the deal, and no money is transferred until the deal has been fully completed and the contract details have been met and verified by both the Brand and the contracted Creator. This way, there are no legal issues to worry about from either side of the deal!

We have implemented the use of Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments into our platform for this very reason. From a creator side of things, if the contract is not met and the content is not delivered / published according to the specifications outlined in the contract with the brand, then the funds are not released to the Creator’s account and will be reversed to the Brand’s account.

Glew have a very strict 3 strike policy, meaning that if there are contract issues three times in the duration of a users’ time on Glew, they will be permanently banned from the Glew platform and will no longer be able to conduct business with Glew, or the brands involved with the platform via Glew iOS, Glew on Google Play, or TheGlew.Com

Glew is a private community of Brands and Creators. On the Creator side, we ensure quality by vetting users based on their social followings, brand likability, engagement rates, and ability to professionally sponsor content. On the Brand side, we require brands to go through the application process in order verify their legitimacy, interest in the platform, and adequate understanding of the software.

In order to minimize saturation, ensure Glew engagement with its users, and monitor professionalism of our users – we reserve the right to Accept / Decline applicants based on the judgement of the Glew team. If your Brand is awaiting approval for the Glew platform and would like to get a status update on your application, reach out to Contact@glew.ee and someone will be in touch!

A Glew Creator is simply someone who has an influence on others through social media. Someone who can influence the actions and thoughts of their fans, supporters and social media followers. We credit these Creators with having the ability to shift the and purchasing behavior of their audience.

A “Creator” could be absolutely anyone, this is where the term differs from the typical influential people such as celebrities. It all is dependent on the community they’re part of and what they’re trying to achieve in that space.

For example, the Kardashians are a well known, classic Creator family. They are household name celebrities, who have millions upon millions of social media followers, and their fashion,  make-up, and lifestyle choices influence millions of fans to do the same.

But then on the other side of the Creator world, imagine a small travel blogger with followers only numbering in the thousands. While not famous like the Kardashians, their following engages with her travel tips in her blog influencing how, where, and why readers should take their next trip.

You don’t have to have massive followings or appear on TV to be influential. Smaller niches have their own creators, like the travel blogger, and these are often just as valuable.

The whole purpose of creating Glew was to be a new leading platform in the space. What we saw was a bunch of companies that had data scrapped a bunch of creator profiles and told brands they had access to ‘millions of creators’. We wanted to be different, we wanted to offer instant connection between Brands and Creators.

Glew has a curated, hand-selected list of users on both the Brand and Creator side. Both sides of users go through an application process and are vetted by the Glew team to ensure that they meet the standards of the Glew Community.

We are the first free to use application-based platform connecting Brand and Creators in the world. There is no subscription fee, upfront cost, or monthly charge to use Glew’s service.

As we expand, grow, and develop new features we aim to be the leading platform for Branded campaigns in the Creator marketplace.

Creator Marketing is the new-age Billboard Marketing. This newly established method of advertising utilizes the audience a Creator has built as a vehicle of promotion of a brand’s message through authentic, compelling, and relatable content. The Creators found on Glew have influence over their audience which allows these promoted posts to work as a voice to get information, product updates, and promotional messages from a Brand to the audience of the Creator.

At Glew, we look at a variety of lanes of interest in a Creator. We start with identifying the level of brand-safe content that is displayed across the Creator’s social channels. Then, we look at engagement. We aim to accept smaller Creators (10K – 50K followers) with 5%+ engagement, and understand that as a Creator grows their engagement tends to decline.

We ensure that the followers, viewers, likes, and comments associated with the accounts are not bot accounts or inactive accounts (also known as ‘fake engagement). When the engagement checks out, we then overview the posting frequency of the Creator to ensure they are active and a leading role in their specified community.

When you are looking for specific Creators to invite to your Glew Campaign (Private Campaigns) look at their location, age, niche, and follower demographics. These metric points tend to sway Brand decisions.

If you’ve decided creator marketing might be something for your brand, the first step is to set out clear and identifiable goals for the project.

To get started, you must consider the following:

  • What type of audience are you trying to reach? Is your target audience broad or niche?
  • What are your overall campaign objectives – quantitatively and qualitatively?
  • What metrics and data will you use to measure the project’s success?

Once those are answered, you can start thinking about the route you want to take with Creator marketing.

Think about what platforms will work best. If you are looking to showcase products through photos, think Instagram. If you’d like a Creator to be posting videos incorporating sound and movement, think TikTok. If you’d like product shoutouts and testimonial descriptions from a Creator, think YouTube. And don’t forget about Twitter and Facebook!

Also you should consider certain dates and events, products can sell more around certain holidays such as Christmas or Valentines day. Getting things aligned for your campaign will help you achieve stronger results.

Working with Creators does not have to be a difficult task for Brands. As a brand and company, all you need to do is create an account on Glew and publish your first campaign. By utilizing our Campaign Outline Filters, demographic ranges, post type specifics, and follower count specifications you can post a new ‘campaign job offer’ and start seeing creators reach out to be a part of your next campaign.

In short, the creator makes the content, you approve it, they post it, you pay them for the work, you track the analytics, and can repost / share their post across all your social channels since you now own the piece of content!

In the majority of cases, Creators grow a mass following because of their unique ability to craft an online image. Each creator does this differently, switching between showcasing their lives and expanding their personal brand. Most creators that grow across social channels do well when they find a niche and begin making content for that niche category. This way, people who are also interested in the niche can follow and trust the voice of the creator for inspiration, news, product suggestions, and feel good content.

When it comes to working with Brands, Creators follow specific Brand-written guidelines on Glew in order to curate sponsored posts. On Glew, Brands fill out ‘Branded Guideline’ form when creating a campaign. This displays everything from creative idea outlines, examples, mood boards, written instructions, and creative direction. From there, the creator takes the guidelines and puts their own unique twist on the content, making it their own. Then, once the Brand and Creator are happy with the content – it is ready for go-live!

No, Creators do not have to post branded content across all social platforms as a campaign requirement. As a matter of fact, brands often like to see Creators post on various socials, but not all. Each creator performs best on certain platforms and may even have a different tone on another platform. With that in mind, it is up to the brand to identify which social avenue they want to take when deploying a creator for a new campaign.

Glew is completely free to use. There is no subscription cost, no sign-up fees, no hidden costs. The only expense incurred on our platform is the cost for a Brand to engage with a Creator at the agreed upon rate. We take a small service fee from the campaign for setting it up and connecting the two parties, however that will never change the cost of the brand deal itself.

At Glew, our goal is to ensure that all of our users are protected to the highest degree. As described in our Terms of Service, Glew will never do the following:

  • Share / Sell your personal data
  • Share your password
  • Share any banking information
  • Use your work conducted through Glew as a case study without your permission

As far as payment security goes, Glew works with Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments.com to make sure that payments from the brand side are sent into a safe holding position in Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments once contracts are signed by both parties. Once the Creator has posted the content and the brand has agreed that it meets the requirements of the campaign contract, the funds are safely released from Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments and transferred directly to the Creator. All of the payments that go through the Glew platform are logged and any issues with processing will be addressed and resolved within 24 hours by our Customer Support team.

We have created a Glew Safe Contract system that allows Creators and Brands to both e-sign campaign contracts in our app to make sure that we have an oversight over the agreed upon terms and conditions of each individualized contract per campaign. All contracts pertaining and linked to a single campaign are stored in the specific Campaign as well as stored in each brand’s Glew account. Any issues with contracts can be resolved via our Customer Support team or by contacting ‘Contact@glew.ee

Before publishing your first Glew Brand Campaign, you will be prompted to input your preferred payment method. During the communication process with the Creator, you have the ability to define what types of posts the Creator will deploy, the dates they will publish these posts, and the price you will be paying per post. The scope will be turned into a Glew Official Contract and is signed by both parties in-app. Once the document is signed by both parties, the specified amount of money will be removed from your preferred payment method and held in Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments. Upon completion of the campaign – once both parties agree that the scope of the contract has been met, the funds will be released from Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments into the Creator’s account.

When working with creators for monetary values in exchange for social content,  it is always best practice to work with an Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments system to ensure completion of contract specifications before funds are released.

With Glew, the money that a brand is paying the creator for content is held in our personalized Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments system via Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments.com until the content has been delivered and both parties (Brand and Creator) agree that the contract(s) have been completed.

In short, Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments is a third party provider whose job it is to ensure the safety of payments, contractual agreements, and possible mitigation of associated risks are handled.

In simple terms, imagine that you want to pay a Creator $500 to promote a new post on Instagram without using Glew. You can tell the Creator that you will pay the $500 up front for the post, and just hope they execute and promote the product. If they just run off with the money then you are out of $500. On the other hand, if you tell them that you are going to deliver the compensation after the post is live – without proper contractual agreements they may never get around to posting it. Both scenarios are not ideal to be dealing with as a Marketing Manager at any company.

With Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments Systems in place, the brand can agree upon an amount of money the recipient is getting once contracts are completed. The brand sends the money to the Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments before the contract is complete to ensure the Creator that there are funds waiting for them if they hold up their end of the contract. Once the contract is complete and both parties are satisfied, the money is safely released from the Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments account and into the Creators’ account.

Think of it as a virtual bank that safely and securely holds your funds until the contract is complete!

There is no fixed cost or price that it costs to create a Brand Campaign on the Glew platform. Brand accounts can publish as many campaigns as they’d like – totally free of charge.

The cost of Creator Marketing is varied and will depend on the specific creators you choose to deploy within your campaign.

As there is no set value you should be paying each creator, think with the idea that Micro Creators with 10-50K followers will be more likely to accept $500 and under for campaign, where as Macro Creators with 750K+ followers may charge a minimum of $2,500 to be a part of a campaign.

By deciding on what your aims for the project are and tracking the results to determine your return on investment (ROI), you can decide how much money you want to allocate.

Creator marketing is a new age, cost-effective solution that brings greater ROI than other digital marketing strategies. It’s been proven to outperform the traditional forms of marketing such as TV advertisements and billboards. Creator marketing is quickly replacing traditional methods of marketing as the most effective way to launch new products.

Creator marketplaces like Glew give brands the ability to gauge the engagement and data of each Creator individually. This gives smaller Brands space to make an investment without the high-level risks typically associated with marketing campaigns.

There are a couple routes you can take based on your marketing budget. You can engage a couple large creators and put your product in the eyes of millions of followers across the globe at a higher rate. You can also choose a large number of smaller creators who have higher engagement and their audience would interact more authentically with your product, although the campaign would reach less eyes. It is completely up to you and what route you want to take.

At Glew, we streamline the process and produce clear results that brands can track and adjust to optimize their results.

It is a simple process that follows the outline below:

  • Create a campaign with a brand-friendly name, caption, creative assets, and outline.
  • Invite the ideal Creators that best fit your brand.
  • Choose the content type you would like them to post.
  • Agree upon a set rate based on the campaign outline.
  • Sign the Glew generated contract
  • Pay the contract amount – where it will be held in Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments
  • Review the content sent by the Creator and either accept or send back with feedback.
  • Once the content is accepted, the Creator will publish the content to social media and send a link to the live content.
  • Upon completion of contract terms, both parties will agree that the contract is complete.
  • The money is released from the Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments and delivered to the Creator.
  • Post links will be incorporated into your Branded Campaign and you can begin tracking post statistics!

Now we’re getting into our favorite part, the analytics tracking! When a brand creates a campaign on Glew, they are given a brand-specific tracking dashboard. Once a brand deploys a creator as part of a campaign and the post(s) the brand has paid for goes live, the data attached to the posts are integrated into the campaign tracking dashboard.

The analytics we collect and display regarding the campaign are:

  • Glew Estimated Content Value
  • Total Impressions of all posts in campaign
  • Total Likes of all posts in campaign
  • Total Comments of all posts in campaign
  • Total Shares of all posts in campaign

Beyond the post-specific analytics, we all showcase the top 10 top performing cretors that are part of a campaign, the top 5 performing posts, and links to all the posts that are live which have been posted by the creator on behalf of the brand.

You can continue tracking past campaigns that are no longer active (but the posts are still live) at any time!

In order to begin tracking analytics and seeing social scores, you must conduct a campaign all the way through from creation to content publishing from the Creators’ side.

When a brand decides to engage in Creator Marketing, there are three factors that they must consider: cost, time, and control. Scrolling through creators, finding the right fits, attempting to contact them via direct message or email takes time. The solution to this would be engaging a platform or an agency. This is the cost-effective and time-efficient answer. To maintain control of important data metrics and tracking your returns and engagement analytics, using a platform like Glew solves these problems.

On Glew, you can sort through Creators and choose the perfect creator that matches the ideal demographic for your campaign. You can track the engagement on your sponsored posts, utilize campaign calendars for organization, store all contracts and data in one location, and much more.

Of course! Whether you choose one Creator or many, the campaign dashboard shows the impact of each Creator that you add. Our platform updates the engagement and the audience reach size so you can have visual data to help you choose the right fit for your campaign. Each campaign that a Brand creates has its own individualized folder where you can engage with every creator that signs on to a campaign.

Brands cannot currently send creators free products through Glew outside of a campaign. Commonly, Brands have to get product into the hands of creators for campaigns and we offer a safe in-chat exchange of address and postage information for this process, but only once it is tied to a campaign where monetary value is set to be exchanged for social media promotion between the Brand and the Creator.

The best return on Creator campaigns come from the best planning. It is more than just paying the Creator to post about a new product / service. The Brands that perform the best are the ones who know how to utilize the push of the Creator for utmost gain to the Brand. Once a Creator posts content on behalf of a Brand campaign, the Brand has the right to repost this content as they please and repurpose it across all platforms. Show your old followers that you are working with a great Creator, and make sure to inform your new followers that came from the Creator what your brand is all about!

When a brand and a creator sign a contract, it is clear that all of the content being published by the creator is owned by the brand unless otherwise stated. This being said, the brand has the rights to repost the content, repurpose it across different social platforms, and promote the work they have done with the creator on their socials, website, and as any other form of a marketing tool.

With Glew, we make sure to protect the Brand and the Creator in various ways in order to avoid any legal issues during, or after campaign completion. Both Brands and Creators sign a legal agreement within the Glew platform that binds them to their end of the deal, and no money is transferred until the deal has been fully completed and the contract details have been met. This way, there are no legal issues to worry about from either side of the deal!

We have implemented the use of Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments into our platform for this very reason. From a Creator side of things, if the contract is not met and the content is not delivered / published according to the specifications outlined in the contract with the brand, then the funds are not released to the Creator’s account. For Brands, if the contract is broken or the Creator does not deliver according to the contract, the full amount of the funds is released from Powered by Stripe for Secure Payments back to the original payment method used by the brand’s account on Glew.
